Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
